Extension Hill:

Testwork and Definitive Feasibility Study for the 5 million tons per annum Extension Hill magnetite project in the mid-western region of WA. Scope included the processing and concentration of the magnetite ore, pipelining to Geraldton and filtering, storage and transhipment of the product to pelletising plants in China. Alternates for pelletising at Geraldton were also examined.

Ferrexpo:

Testwork and Definitive Feasibility Study for new mine and concentrating plant plus expansion of the existing magnetite iron ore mining, concentrating and pelletising operation in the Ukraine.
Ferrum Crescent: Scoping study for a new mine, concentrator and 1 million tons per annum ironmaking plant to be located in Limpopo Province of South Africa.

Grange Resources:

Testwork and Definitive Feasibility Study for new mine and concentrating plant plus 90 km pipeline to the port of Albany, Western Australia with pelletising occurring in Terengganu, Malaysia.
Karara Mining Services: Series of studies and testwork culminating in a Definitive Feasibility Study for a 8 million tons per annum magnetite concentrator, pipeline and dewatering plant at Geraldtonâ??s port. This project is now in the detail engineering phase (completion in April 2009) and ProMet Dadi is responsible for Front End Engineering Design (FEED) engineering for the concentrator which includes the High Pressure Grinding Rolls (HPGR), ball mills and magnetic separation. Ongoing project support will be undertaken by ProMet Dadiâ??s engineering team in Beijing and will be followed by support on site during construction and commissioning.

Mineralogy Pty Ltd:

Testwork, preliminary engineering, capital cost estimation and project management services for a proposed new grass-roots 12 million tons per annum magnetite mine, beneficiation plant and pelletising plant to be located at Cape Preston, Western Australia.

OneSteel:

From the initial testwork programs, through various levels of feasibility studies to completion of detail engineering, procurement, construction and start-up of the plant for Project Magnetâ??s 2.2 million tons per annum magnetite concentrator and 80 km pipeline at Whyalla, South Australia.

Windimurra Vanadium:

Testwork and feasibility studies, FEED engineering and partial detail design of the magnetite concentrator portion of the Windimurra Vanadium Project in the mid-west region of Western Australia.
Due diligence studies for a number of iron ore development and pelletising projects in India.

Australasian Resources:

Development of a Definitive Feasibility Study for the Balmoral South Iron Ore Project.

Echelon Resources:

Scoping study for the development of a 2 million tons per annum direct shipping iron ore operation near Newman, Western Australia.

Fortescue Metals Group (FMG):

Initial scoping study and subsequently testwork and process design of the concentrator for the Definitive Feasibility Study and secondment of key personnel for the development of its new, grass-roots, world-scale iron ore production project known as the East Pilbara Iron Ore and Infrastructure Project.

Gindalbie Metals:

Initial Feasibility Studies and the Definitive Feasibility Study for the development of a 2 million tons per annum direct shipping iron ore operation (Gindalbie Hematite Project).

Hamersley Iron (Robe River):

Evaluation of options for the processing of West Angelas fines.
Iron Ore Holdings: Two studies of the development of direct shipping iron ore projects at their Philâ??s Creek deposit. IOH were ultimately able to use this work to negotiate with Rio Tinto for a mine-gate sale of their DSO.

Kumba Iron Ore:

Feasibility study and preliminary engineering of a fines retreatment plant for its Sishen Mine, South Africa (SEP1B project).

Mount Gibson Iron:

Process and basic engineering of a new 2 million tons per annum hematite ore mine and future beneficiation plant, near Geraldton, Western Australia. This work was performed in joint venture with Proteus Engineers.

Murchison Metals:

Scoping Study for the development of itâ??s 10 million tons per annum Rocklea Iron Ore Project, a direct shipping iron ore operation located near Tom Price, Western Australia.

Orinoco Mining, a joint venture of BHP:

Debottlenecking studies for the drying of iron ore at the Finmet direct reduction project of Orinoco Mining in Venezuela.

Polaris Metals:

Pre-Feasibility Study for the development of its Yilgarn Iron Ore Project, shipping direct shipping iron ore through the new facilities in Kwinana, Western Australia.

Sundance Resources:

Scoping Study and subsequent technical assistance for the Mbalam Iron Ore Project in Cameroon for 35 million tons per annum of direct shipping iron ore. This work was undertaken in conjunction with ProMet Dadi.
